The car is finished in Solarbeam Yellow (278) and has been fitted with a carbon-fiber rear wing sourced from an AMG GT R as well as a carbon-fiber front splitter from RW Carbon in Anaheim, California. The AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber Package 1 added gloss black window trim in addition to a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, side vent fins, mirror caps, and side sill inserts. Additional exterior equipment includes LED headlights with automatic high beam assist, a glass roof panel, Parktronic, and power-folding side mirrors. The seller states that a paint protection film has been applied to the exterior.
Forged AMG cross-spoke wheels measure 19″ up front and 20″ out back and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires with 2018 date codes. Braking is handled by a high-performance composite system with red-finished calipers over slotted and cross-drilled rotors, and an Adaptive Brake Technology system is standard. The AMG Adaptive Sport Suspension system features forged dual wishbones at all four corners, and the car is fitted with a rear-axle steering system.
The cabin is equipped with heated and ventilated AMG Performance seats trimmed in black Exclusive Nappa leather (501) and features yellow seat belts, matte AMG carbon-fiber trim, as well as the AMG Interior Night Package. Additional interior appointments include an 8.4″ COMAND infotainment system, a Burmester surround-sound system, Collision Prevention Assist Plus, Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control, and a carbon-fiber rear crossbar.
The leather-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel features carbon-fiber accents, a yellow center marker, and matching stitching. Instrumentation consists of a central digital display flanked by a 220-mph speedometer with an inset fuel gauge and a tachometer with an inset coolant temperature gauge. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 has been modified with aftermarket engine software and stainless-steel downpipes. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed AMG SpeedShift DCT transaxle and an electronic limited-slip differential. A Mercedes-Benz Service A is said to have been carried out in January 2022, and the removed downpipes and catalytic converters are included in the sale.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to W.I. Simonson in Santa Monica, California, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total retail price of $177,845.
