The supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 is equipped with a dry-sump oil system and a multi-mode exhaust, and it was factory rated at 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed recently.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and an electronic limited-slip differential. A rear differential cooler was standard equipment from the factory.
