Ten-spoke forged alloy wheels are finished in gray and wear 235/35-19 front and 305/30-20 rear Pirelli P-Zero tires with 2012 and 2013 date codes. McLaren’s ProActive Chassis Control system utilizes a linked hydraulic system to provide adaptive damping and selectable suspension modes, and a vehicle lift system was optioned. Anti-lock braking is provided by red-finished calipers mounted over cross-drilled rotors. The front-left wheel has scratches at its rim edge.
The heated and power-adjustable seats are trimmed in black leather and equipped with position memory. Appointments include dual-zone automatic climate control with controls on each door along with carbon-fiber trim, Meridian surround sound audio, and IRIS 2.0 infotainment with navigation.
The carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel fronts a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline and an inset digital speedometer along with dual multifunction screens for vehicle systems and settings. The digital odometer indicates 8k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, an aluminum block and cylinder heads, and dry-sump lubrication. Factory-rated output was 616 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in November 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an open differential, with Brake Steer using the brakes to manage cornering traction. Additional underside photos are presented in the gallery below.
