Black-finished 17″ TRD wheels are mounted with 265/70 BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tires, and a spare is mounted in a hard case on the swing-away tailgate. The truck is equipped with A-TRAC traction control and TRD Bilstein shocks.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a 60/40-split folding rear bench upholstered in Dark Charcoal and Red cloth. Additional equipment includes a backup camera, air conditioning, a CD stereo, cruise control, keyless entry, a Trail Teams Edition dashboard emblem, and FJ-branded floor mats.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. A compass, outside-temperature gauge, and inclinometer are mounted on the dashboard above the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.0-liter 1GR-FE V6 was factory rated at 260 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque.
Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking rear differential.
