The 19” Turbo II wheels are mounted with a mix of tires, including Pirelli tires at the front, measuring 235/35 up front and 305/30 out back. Braking is handled by Porsche-branded six- and four-piston calipers over ceramic-composite rotors measuring 15″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD).
The cabin features heated and ventilated 12-way power-adjustable front seats upholstered in black leather that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Features include auto-dimming mirrors, driver-seat memory settings, a Bose sound system, automatic climate control, cruise control, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a central tachometer and a 225-mph speedometer, as well as gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 34k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six features direct fuel injection, VarioCam variable valve timing, and dynamic engine mounts. It was factory rated at 530 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque and sends power to all four wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle. The 997 Turbo S featured Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) and a mechanically locking rear differential as standard. The spark plugs were reportedly replaced and an oil change service was reportedly performed in October 2020.
