The car is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic with Shadowline trim and features xenon headlights with washers as well as a glass sunroof, a trunk lid spoiler, rain-sensing wipers, tinted glass, and quad exhaust outlets. Dinan badging is affixed to the trunk lid.
The 19″ Dinan forged wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 275/30 at each corner. A Dinan S2 suspension system is fitted and includes Koni dampers as well as Dinan springs and sway bars. Additional modifications include fitting Brembo six-piston front and four-piston rear brake calipers over cross-drilled rotors.
The cabin features black Nappa leather covering the heated and power-adjustable front sport seats while burl walnut trim accents the dashboard, center console, and upper doors. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, navigation, folding rear seats, Dinan-branded floor mats, and a trunk-mounted Bavarian Soundwerks subwoofer.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts an M-branded 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline, along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 56k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.9-liter S62 V8 is modified with a Dinan S3-M5 centrifugal supercharger system as well as a Dinan carbon-fiber air-intake system, engine management software, tuned velocity stacks, and high-flow throttle bodies. Claimed output was rated at 621 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque in S3 specification. Work completed in preparation for the sale included an oil change and replacing the supercharger belt and oil filter housing mounts.
A serialized plate from Dinan denotes this example as the 33rd equipped with the S3 package and shows an April 2011 build completion date along with Steve Dinan’s signature and the final sequence of the car’s VIN.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Getrag six-speed manual transmission, a Dinan clutch, and limited-slip differential with 3.45:1 gears. An aftermarket exhaust system is fitted.
The window sticker lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $74,570. Service and modification records as well as Dinan literature and magazine articles are also included in the sale as depicted in the photo gallery.
