Fuchs 16″ alloy wheels are finished in black with silver rims and are wrapped in 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs.
The front bucket seats were reupholstered in black vinyl with perforated inserts in 2014 and are joined by a color-matched dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Features include power windows, a rear window defogger, air conditioning, and a Sony CD stereo with aftermarket speakers. The seller notes that the headliner was replaced under current ownership and that an aftermarket central locking system was installed along with an electronic cruise control system reportedly sourced from a later-model Volkswagen. Scuffs are visible on the driver’s outer seat bolster and on the lower dash pad. The air conditioning system is said to have been converted to function with R134a refrigerant, and service in September 2022 reportedly included replacing the air conditioning compressor, receiver drier, expansion valve, and thermostatic switch.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The seller notes that the fuel-level sending unit has been replaced. The six-digit odometer shows 68k miles, approximately 8k of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.2-liter M930/21 flat-six was factory rated at 200 horsepower and 185 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that engine compartment insulation and engine cover struts were installed under current ownership, and the engine oil return lines were replaced. Service in 2020 is said to have included replacing the oxygen sensor as well as the cylinder head temperature sensor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Type 915 five-speed manual transaxle. Additional underside photos are viewable in the gallery.
