The seller states the hood was replaced under previous ownership, and the black side decals are pealing.
Turbine-style 14″ and 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires measuring 195/60 and 235/60, respectively. The suspension is fitted with adjustable Spax Performance shocks and Eibach springs up front. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, and the seller states the pads were recently replaced.
The cabin features bucket seats trimmed in gray leather joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, a stainless-steel shift knob, an aftermarket Craig AM/FM cassette stereo, and power accessories. The headliner is detaching.
A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of an 85-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 46k miles, approximately 8k of which have been added by the seller.
The rear-mounted 2.85-liter V6 features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and was jointly developed by Peugeot, Renault, and Volvo. The seller claims a DMCH radiator, fans, fuel pump, and fuel sender have been added, along with aftermarket fan and RPM relays. Additional service is said to have included replacing the water pump, fuel accumulator, coolant hoses, fuse box, ignition components, vacuum lines, and filters.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. The seller notes the shift gate cable, clutch, and clutch primary and secondary cylinders have been replaced.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Lindgren Chrysler/Plymouth in Reading, Pennsylvania, along with factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $26,175. A sales invoice and DeLorean stock certificate are also included in the sale.
