The car left the factory finished in Cameo White, and the seller states that the body was refinished under previous ownership. Exterior features include a shaker hood with a Trans Am hood graphic, fender vents, front and rear spoilers, and removable glass T-top roof panels.
Cast aluminum 15″ Snowflake wheels with gold centers are mounted with 255/60 Goodyear Eagle GTII white-letter tires. The car is equipped with power steering and the WS6 Special Performance Package, which included power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, a quick-ratio steering box, and a larger-diameter sway bar.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black velour with patterned inserts as well as a color-coordinated dash pad, center console, and door panels. Equipment includes a center console with storage, power windows, and a retro-look digital stereo. The air conditioning system is inoperative, and the headliner is sagging at the rear.
The three-spoke Formula steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and fronts an engine-turned dash panel housing a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset clock, and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 65k, approximately 5k of which have been added under current ownership.
The 400ci L78 V8 has been fitted with an Edelbrock intake manifold and a Flowmaster exhaust system, and the seller notes that an Edelbrock carburetor is also installed. Work in 2020 consisted of changing the spark plugs, ignition wires, ignition coil, and distributor cap and rotor. An oil change was performed in May 2021, and the removed factory intake manifold and Rochester carburetor are included in the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a close-ratio four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction rear end equipped with 3.23:1 gearing. Additional underside photos are shown in the gallery below.
