Gold-accented 15″ cast-aluminum wheels wear Firebird-branded center caps and are mounted with 225/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. A space-saver spare is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in red vinyl joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, console, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes power windows, a passenger grab-handle, a Pace CB radio, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. The carpeting and headliner are said to have been replaced. The vinyl on the center console lid is cracked and the T-tops leak.
The leather-wrapped Formula steering wheel with gold accents frames a machine-turned aluminum instrument panel housing a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset clock, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 43k miles, approximately 1,500 of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 400ci V8 is said to have been refurbished under current ownership, and it features a performance camshaft, electronic ignition, a four-barrel carburetor, and a blue-painted engine block, intake manifold, cylinder heads, and valve covers.
