Fuchs-style 15″ wheels wear 205/55 Yokohama S-Drive tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, and the suspension is equipped with Bilstein shocks.
The Recaro front sport bucket seats are upholstered in black and white Houndstooth cloth with black leather bolsters, and the folding rear seats are trimmed to match. Additional features include an aftermarket shifter, a heater, and carpeted floor mats. The selling dealer notes a tear in the driver’s door panel which is shown in the gallery, and the handbrake boot is torn.
The MOMO Prototipo steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a centrally mounted tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, a clock, and displays for fuel level as well as oil level, pressure, and temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 65k miles, approximately 20 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The replacement 2.7-liter flat-six was rebuilt in 2011 by Motor Meister of Downey, California, with 3.0L-specification pistons, Turbo-specification chain rails, and a recurved distributor with electronic ignition as well as stainless-steel headers and a fabricated exhaust system. Work performed in 2018 included replacing the valve cover and oil cooler seals along with the oil return tubes and seals, and the fuel pump and filter were replaced in 2020. The oil was changed in August 2022, and the selling dealer notes an oil leak.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle equipped with a Kevlar clutch.
