The truck left the factory finished in Candyapple Red and Wimbledon White and has been repainted under current ownership, at which time the weatherstripping is said to have been replaced. Equipment includes a sliding rear window, a bedside toolbox, Western swing-lock mirrors, and chrome bumpers.
Polished 16″ ProComp wheels are mounted with 285/75 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires. The truck is retrofitted with a power-steering system from a later-model vehicle, and braking is provided by power-assisted drums at all four corners. The front axle has manually locking front hubs.
The bench seat is trimmed in red vinyl with color-coordinated cloth inserts. Features include red door panels and carpets, white-painted metal surfaces, a USB input mounted below the dashboard, and a retro-style push-button radio.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 59k miles.
The 360ci V8 is equipped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and is said to be fitted with hardened valve seats.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential.
