The cabin features a bench seat trimmed in two-tone brown vinyl along with with matching door panels and gray carpets. Amenities include a dashboard-mounted ashtray and a passenger grab handle.
The white two-spoke steering wheel wears a horn button with a Wolfsburg crest and fronts a 160-km/hr speedometer. The odometer was reset to zero during the refurbishment and currently shows 43 kilometers (~26 miles). Total mileage is unknown.
The 1.5L flat-four was reportedly rebuilt during the refurbishment and the carburetor, distributor, ignition coil, spark plugs, wiring harness, generator, voltage regulator, battery, and ignition wires were reportedly replaced. Color-matched engine tins, a belt tensioner, and aftermarket crank and generator pulleys have been added.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle.
