Cameo pickups were equipped with molded fiberglass outer bedsides and outer tailgate skins. The body of this example is said to have been removed from the frame and refinished in two-tone red and white during prior ownership. Exterior details include a chrome front bumper with overriders, a windshield visor, a Guide cowl-mounted spotlight, dual side mirrors, vent windows, bright trim, and a wraparound rear window.
Body-color 15″ steel wheels wear bright hubcaps with trim rings and are mounted with 215/70 BFGoodrich Silvertown wide whitewall tires. Braking is handled by drums at all four corners.
The drop-down tailgate opens to reveal a white-finished bed with a wood-plank floor that features polished trim strips.
The interior is equipped with a bench seat trimmed in white upholstery with red cloth inserts and color-coordinated door panel trim. The sheetmetal surfaces are finished to match the exterior, and equipment includes Vintage Air HVAC, a dash-mounted traffic light refracting monitor, manual-crank side windows, a red rubber floor liner, and an aftermarket stereo with speakers mounted behind the seat.
The red three-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer indicates 6k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.
The 283ci V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The seller states that service in 2021 involved fluid changes.
