The 993 C4S features wider rear bodywork in comparison with the standard Carrera as well as a front air dam derived from the contemporary Turbo. This example is finished in Black (L741) and features headlight washers, fog lights, heated power-adjustable mirrors, black rear bumperettes, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets.
The 18″ Turbo-look wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires showing date codes from 2019. The car features an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and the 993 was the first 911 to feature multi-link rear suspension. Braking is handled by red-finished Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners.
The power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in black leather and are complemented by a matching center console, door panels, and carpeting. Amenities include cruise control, air conditioning, a Becker-Porsche CR-1 cassette stereo, an onboard computer, and an aluminum-accented shifter and handbrake lever.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 180-mph speedometer, a Quarz analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 53k miles, approximately 600 of which were added under current ownership.
The air-cooled 3.6L flat-six features a VarioRam intake system and was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential.
The option sticker is present underneath the front hood, and it lists information including:
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Star Motor Corporation in Nanuet, New York, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $79,2277.00.
