Staggered-width 18″ GT3 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Braking is from red Porsche-branded calipers over ventilated rotors at each corner. The GT3 features a lower sport-tuned suspension compared to the standard Carrera model.
The sport seats have embossed headrests and are upholstered in Natural Grey leather that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include cruise control, a Becker-Porsche CDR23 stereo, and automatic climate control.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a central tachometer with an 8,200-rpm redline as well as a 200-mph speedometer and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 4,300 miles.
The 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six is equipped with a two-stage resonance intake system, dry-sump lubrication, VarioCam variable valve timing, and titanium connecting rods. Factory-rated output was 375 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
