Bosch amber tail light lenses have been installed. A scratch is noted on the front hood near the Porsche emblem.
Staggered-width 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires. Braking is handled by black Porsche-script calipers over four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs.
The power-adjustable sport front seats are upholstered in black leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated center console, door panels, and carpeting. Amenities include air conditioning, an analog clock, power windows, a MOMO shift knob, black and red fiber floor mats, and an AM/FM/CD stereo.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,700-rpm redline as well as a replacement 180-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, fuel level, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 113k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale, and the selling dealer recommends replacing the bypass valve gasket. The stamping on the engine block shown in the gallery lists serial number 68H00473 which aligns with the engine number published on the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. An aftermarket exhaust system has been installed. The selling dealer notes that the transaxle grinds when shifting into third gear quickly. The transaxle stamp reads 77H00741, which matches the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.
Decoding the option sticker reveals the following information:
The Porsche Certificate of Authenticity lists engine and transmission numbers, factory options, and a production completion date of November 11, 1986.
