Two-tone 17″ US Mags wheels are wrapped in 225/45 Nitto NT555 G2 tires. A spare is mounted in the trunk. Service under current ownership is said to include installing front disc brakes and replacing the steering box.
The cabin features seating surfaces trimmed in black vinyl along with Vintage Air air conditioning, a center console, faux wood grain trim, lap belts, Pontiac-branded rubber floor mats, a trunk-mounted fire extinguisher, and a Custom Autosound radio with Bluetooth. The headliner is sagging.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. A trio of aftermarket gauges and a Pontiac-branded manifold vacuum gauge are mounted under the dash. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 1,700 miles, approximately 1,200 of which have been added during current ownership. The seller notes that the odometer was reset under prior ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 389ci V8 is said to have been overbored and rebuilt under prior ownership, and it is equipped with three carburetors and bright-finished valve covers. A four-row radiator was reportedly fitted under current ownership along with a replacement exhaust system. The seller notes that the fan belt was lubricated in preparation for the sale to correct a noise from the engine.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a Safe-T-Trak rear differential. Additional underbody photos are included in the image gallery below.
